Friend In Me and the Caulfield & District Netball Association (C&DNA) are proud to present the Inclusion Warriors Program — a fun, community-driven initiative designed to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability or background, can experience the joy and connection that comes from being part of a team.
The Inclusion Warriors are the heartbeat of game day — a group of dedicated, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who make sure every match runs smoothly.
Whether you’re on the court, behind the bench, or helping on the sidelines, there’s a place for you to belong and make a difference.
Every week, our Warriors help with all sorts of activities, responsibilities and fun, such as:
Game day setup and pack-up
Supporting coaches, teams, and officials
Assisting the control box and score bench
Cooking up a storm on the BBQ
Welcoming players and families to the court
You’ll gain confidence, learn new skills, and build friendships — all while being part of an inclusive, supportive environment.
Creating a Welcoming Space – Everyone is valued and supported.
Flexible Roles for Everyone – Choose how you’d like to contribute.
Buddy & Mentor System – You’ll be paired with an experienced mentor.
Recognition & Celebration – Earn certificates, apparel, and special shout-outs.
Community & Connection – Join events and activities that build lifelong friendships.
