Building everyday environments where everyone belongs.
At Friend in Me, we believe inclusion shouldn’t begin and end at a party—it needs to live in classrooms, workplaces, and communities everywhere. That’s why we created INCLUZION, a training and education program designed to make inclusion part of everyday life.
INCLUZION is an interactive program that helps schools, businesses, and community groups become more welcoming, diverse, and inclusive. We provide practical strategies, resources, and training to:
Create environments where children and families of all abilities feel safe, supported, and celebrated.
Equip staff, teachers, and leaders with the confidence to provide great service and support to every person.
Build awareness around disability, neurodivergence, trauma, and the many ways exclusion can impact mental health.
Inspire individuals to become advocates for kindness, respect, and inclusion in their own communities.
One in five children experience exclusion or rejection by their peers, with long-lasting effects on mental health, wellbeing, and connection. INCLUZION tackles this challenge at the roots—by teaching inclusivity, awareness, and resilience in ways that resonate with children, educators, and employers alike.
Currently delivered online, our vision is to expand INCLUZION into face-to-face workshops and school programs nationwide. From early childhood through to secondary students, our age-appropriate sessions explore topics such as:
Friendship and belonging
Respecting boundaries
Understanding differences
Addressing bullying
Navigating challenges such as parental separation, mental health, or trauma
For workplaces and community groups, INCLUZION provides leadership training, customer service guidance, and practical steps to create more inclusive spaces and employment opportunities.

INCLUZION isn’t just a program—it’s a movement towards a kinder, safer, more inclusive society. By embedding awareness, empathy, and action into the everyday, we can build communities where no child is left out, and no family feels invisible.
