Movement with Friends is a unique after-school program designed to help children of all abilities enjoy moving their bodies, building friendships, and growing in confidence. Together, Lara Physio and Friend In Me have created a safe and welcoming environment where kids can connect through play, teamwork, and movement activities.
At Movement with Friends, every child is celebrated for who they are. The program combines fun, active games with opportunities to strengthen social skills, boost confidence, and explore Friend In Me’s inclusive community space.
By joining in, children will:
